На плате фактически отсутствуют блокировочные конденсаторы для FPGA. Нижняя сторона (в т.ч. под FPGA, где им бы и следовало стоять) вообще не содержит элементов, вокруг FGPA сверху стоит шесть конденсаторов. У Digilent Arty на этой же FPGA блокировочных емкостей порядка 50 штук и около 20 на чип памяти. Поэтому работа этой платы на сколько нибудь большое число CMOS/TTL выходов, да еще и на высокой скорости будет оборачиваться постоянными глюками. Вопрос еще - будет ли она даже без выходов нормально работать, ведь на VCCINT емкостей тоже нет.
